Shipping via Correos (Spanish Postal Service) takes 2 to 4 business days . Express shipping costs €5, and if the order is placed before 5 PM, you will receive the ring the next business day before 2 PM . Shipping costs for all other destinations are calculated on the checkout page.

How long does it take to ship the Rikki ring?

Because its operations center is in Spain, Rikki offers you the best experience in shipping, exchanges and returns of rings.

Shipping to mainland Spain: 24 hours on working days

If you make the purchase before 5pm, you will receive the ring the next day before 2pm.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and European Union: 2 to 4 business days

In the case of the Canary Islands, we do not take into account the period during which the package remains in Customs.

Shipping to non-EU Europe: 3 to 5 business days

Without taking into account the period during which the package remains held in Customs

Shipment tracking

The rings can be sent by Registered Mail or by express courier, depending on the customer's choice.

We will email you the package tracking code once we have handed the order over to the logistics operator.

After sales

Can I change the size after purchasing the ring?

Yes, of course. You can exchange the size or model within 14 days of receiving the ring at home.

Size exchanges are free, although we also offer an Express Exchange service. With which, for an additional cost, you receive the exchange in 24 hours and return the previous ring to the same courier.

Do you have any help setting up Rikki?

Yes. When we send you the ring, we will provide a step-by-step guide for you to set it up yourself.

What is the warranty on the ring?

Rikki guarantees the titanium ring's functionality for life. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects , but does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, breakage, or misuse of the ring.

Can I return it?

Yes, of course. You have 14 days to request a return and refund. We'll refund the money to the same card/account you used for the original payment.
