What is a Rikki?
It is a contactless payment ring designed using Mastercard and Visa technology and made of very high quality ceramic.
No battery or mobile phone required to confirm payment.
It is controlled through the app that you download after purchase.
How does it work?
The ring works with an app that allows you to add any of your bank cards directly, thus avoiding the need to make continuous transfers from your usual bank to the Rikki wallet.
For your ring to work, these are the steps to do:
1. Buy the Rikki ring.
2. Download the Ring financial app and sign up.
3. Upload a bank card (Visa or MasterCard, debit or
credit) where the purchases you make with the ring will be charged to you (you can
change it later if you want)
4. We automatically create a master card for you that serves as
bridge between the ring and the bank cards you have uploaded.
5. On a secure gateway provide the data of this
master card and we will engrave it on the Rikki ring.
6. When you receive the ring, activate it using the QR code
that comes with it. Now you can use it!
Are there any fees associated with using the ring?
NO.
There are no maintenance fees, payment commissions or recharge charges.
Nothing at all.
Once you have purchased the ring you can use it at no additional cost.
How do you pay with your Rikki?
It's as simple as passing your hand with your Rikki over the POS terminal in the store. You'll hear a beep and see a green light indicating that the transaction has been successful. For purchases over €50 and for your security, you have a PIN to confirm the purchase.
Can I use my Rikki abroad?
Absolutely! You can pay with your Rikki anywhere in the world that accepts contactless payments – currently in over 6 million establishments.
Transactions are clearly displayed on your Balance in their equivalent in Euros. The official Mastercard® currency exchange rates apply, which are the most advantageous in the market.
Is my Rikki safe?
It is even more secure than traditional bank cards. We have eliminated the magnetic stripe, which is the weakest point in bank card security.
In addition, each Rikki has a personal PIN that reinforces its security guarantee. Your transactional data is always encrypted and because you wear it on your finger, the risk of cloning or theft is significantly reduced. No one can make an “accidental” charge on your Rikki.

Can I exchange it if it's not my size?
Yes, you can change it within 14 days of delivery as long as you have not associated it with a user account. Remember that it is a payment method and for your security we cannot change it once you have associated it with your account.

There's no need.
If you are a citizen or resident of a country in the European Community, you can register and use your Rikki anywhere in the world.
